Yes. Most people who walk in have never done Pilates, and the studio is built for that. You start with a free 30-minute Discovery Session, one on one with an instructor. Then the Induction: three private sessions where you learn the method and the equipment at your own pace, before anyone else is in the room. By the time you join a group class, you know what you're doing.

Three private sessions, one on one with an instructor, that every new member does before joining group classes. It costs €150. Session one is an assessment: how you move, breathe and hold yourself. Session two builds the foundations and introduces more of the equipment. Session three puts it together. It's required because a group class moves at the pace of the group: with the Induction, everyone in the room is ready.

A maximum of seven, one per machine. Small groups are the point: the instructor sees everyone, every time.

Group classes last 55 minutes. The Discovery Session is 30 minutes.

In the Momence app, up to 12 hours before the class starts. Inside 12 hours the credit is lost. If something urgent comes up, message us on WhatsApp: we're a small studio and we'll do what we can.

Reformer is the sliding carriage with springs: resistance and feedback in every movement, in groups or privately. Classical Studio Pilates is the same method on the other apparatus, wall springs, Stability Chair and small equipment. Barre is ballet-inspired, small precise movements with no heavy impact, in groups. GYROTONIC® is a three-dimensional practice on the Pulley Tower that mobilises the spine, taught one on one only.
